The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) J-9 seeking lifecycle development and system sustainment for the Air Force’s custom FMxC2/G081 field maintenance data information system.

The DISA J-9 is seeking information from potential sources for the full lifecycle development and system sustainment for the Air Force’s custom FMxC2/G081 field maintenance data information system.  DISA is the central design activity (CDA) and primary system sustainment provider for the United States Air Force’s FMxC2/G081 field maintenance data system deployed globally to a large US Air Force user community.  For the CDA development support, the key requirement is to intake new or revised Air Force mission owner, system owner, and user requirements to subsequently plan, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions to fulfill requirements in a continuous delivery model using agile methods.  For system sustainment, the key requirement is to ensure the 24×7 high availability, reliability, integrity, security, and performance of FMxC2/G081 system, application, and database components to facilitate the system’s user community to support reoccurring Air Force daily operations as well as respond to or prepare for critical real-world events.

Tasks to fulfill these requirements include software design/development/testing, system/software customization/modernization, system/software/database design/architecture/analysis, system/application/database administration, software change management/version control, customer engagement/support, and project management.  Primary technologies supported include virtualized Microsoft Windows operating systems (OS), Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL)Server databases, and Microsoft coding such as C# and ASP.NET.  Legacy parts of the system do involve technology support such as Fujitsu Net COBOL coding, IBM Web Focus web forms, and UNIX OS.

The anticipated Period of Performance is January 2026 to January 2031 with (1) 12-month base period followed by (4) 12-month option periods. The anticipated primary Place of Performance is DISA Datacenter Oklahoma City (OKC), located on Tinker AFB, OK and other various DISA facilities.
