The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, intends to utilize other than full and open competition, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), to award a sole source Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level-of-Effort “Bridge” contract to Science Applications International Corporation.
The effort will include a 195-day period of performance.
This Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the technical and system administrative support services required to support the development and maintenance of TSM technical implementation and development, user training, software development, quality assurance, operational oversight, and includes user support, system migrations, cybersecurity support, incorporation of other systems and or software to facilitate integration with TSM, and data and records management. In the performance of these tasks, the contractor shall have a thorough knowledge and understanding in the following areas:
- Application and Web development
- Configuration management and logistics support
- Database administration
- Help desk/end user support
- Network and application security
- System administration
- Testing and related quality standards and processes
- SUPSHIP processes for oversight of Naval ship construction
- Ship trials processes (SUPSHIP, Program Office & INSURV)
