DOD DSCA Sources Sought: Irregular Warfare Center (IWC) Support

Objectives: The IWC support services contract provides strategic updates to the IWC technical, academic, logistics, and administrative support services that allow for expansion of the IWC to fulfill the Center’s mission as outlined in the NDAA. Of note, the mission of the IWC will require that persons identified within the Performance Work Statement (PWS) have a Top-Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) access, SECRET, OR NACI based on the position.

The primary tasks related to the implementation of the IWC include:

1. Coordinate and align DoD education curricula, standards, and objectives related to IW.
2. Facilitate in the role of the DoD in supporting Interagency activities related to IW.
3. Engage and coordinate with Federal departments and agencies and with academia, non- governmental organizations, civil society, and international partners to discuss and coordinate efforts on security challenges in IW.
4. Serve as a coordinating body and central repository for IW resources, including educational activities, programs, and lessons learned across components of DoD.

The period of performance (POP) shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and two (2) option year periods (12 month each).
