Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) would like to engage a PeopleSoft Application Developer Consultant from a Vendor who has Consultants with subject matter expertise in Oracle PeopleSoft Application technologies. Fermilab maintains a mature PeopleSoft (PS) environment to provide Payroll services. Due to a temporary workforce shortage Fermilab is requesting a price proposal for a professional consulting resource that will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and support of the PeopleSoft environment. Prefer Consultant with experience in a similar organization type (national laboratory, non-profit, higher education, government entity) with similar business needs and organizational structure.
The purpose of this contract is
- Fermilab will engage professional services from Vendor to address on-demand support for existing PeopleSoft application including issue handling and advisory services.
- On-demand functional and technical support to Customer for generally available PeopleSoft functionality.
- Reduce the amount of time required to complete the outstanding enhancements by assisting Fermilab’s technical staff.
- Assist with troubleshooting configuration, integration issues and other day to day operational support activities.
- Assist with PeopleSoft Tax updates, Open Enrollment, W2 processing, patching and upgrade activities.
- Provide high quality, cost effective, and efficient application support resources.
Performance Period: 24 months
