Lantana Consulting Group announces James Younts as its new Chief Growth Officer (CGO) effective January 13, 2025. James brings more than two decades of business development and capture leadership experience in the federal health IT and defense sectors.

James has held a variety of leadership roles within organizations focused on the federal health sector such as NTT Data, CACI International, and SAIC. He is a Distinguished Military Graduate of James Madison University with a BBA in Marketing and also holds a Master of Science in Geology and Geophysics from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Previous to his time in industry, James served as a Captain in the United States Army Corps of Engineers and is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom 1 with the 82nd Airborne Division.
