This requirement is for Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES) and TransViz Functional Management Support that will provide daily operational functional support for JOPES and TransViz applications.
Tasks include user account management functions, conducting functional user testing, identifying system and data anomalies, resolving data errors, monitor systems availability and connections, managing training requirements, arranging training, conducting training, duties as an application website Gatekeeper, generating metrics, providing assistance to USTRANSCOM personnel including its component commands, and act as a liaison with others outside of USTRANSCOM. USTRANSCOM seeks a solution that will successfully contribute to USTRANSCOM using JOPES and TransViz so it can deliver timely transportation solutions for the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise. USTRANSCOM is seeking information about what solutions currently exist in the market and is interested in learning about what information industry may need to scope a logical roadmap to succeed.
The pace of current operations, development of applications and system enhancements requires increased emphasis in the following areas:
- Functional Management Support
- Error Identification and Resolution
- Account Administration
- Testing new applications and upgrades
- Research and Analysis support
