We note here a pair of recent strategic wins for the Accelerated Business Strategies LLC (ABS) JV formed under the All Small Mentor Protégé Program which combines two leading DoD focused companies. JV member Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG) is a rapidly emerging Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business (SDVOSB) and 2025 Elev8 GovCon honoree which offers a range of services, to include program/project management, knowledge management, acquisition management, capability development, business process improvement, social media, website, mobile apps, and webcasts management and administrative support experience. JV member Xcelerate Solutions is a leading defense and national security company, providing integrated solutions delivered through three service areas – Enterprise Security, Digital Transformation, and Strategic Consulting.
The first is a task order to support the Washington Headquarters Service (WHS) with Emergency Management Support Services (HQ003424F0442). The WHS Facilities Services Directorate (FSD) EMSS contract supports the government customer to ensure the necessary plans, policies, procedures, guidance, and resources are in place for efficient all-hazards preparedness.
The second task award is to provide USAACE with a range of Knowledge Management Support Services (KMSS). The purpose of the contract (S5121A24FE010) is to support the assessment, system design and development and deployment of KM processes, tools and training, and create performance metrics supporting KM practices, quality, and productivity.

The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) awarded this pair of tasks on the OSD WHS ATSS IDIQ (HQ003423D0004).
