LMI Unveils Groundbreaking GenAI Solution: LIGER™

LMI announced today its cutting-edge generative AI (GenAI) platform, LIGER™, created by its technology studio, LMI Forge. LIGER™ harnesses the power of advanced technology, data analytics, and the latest in machine learning and natural language processing to provide secure, private, and trustworthy GenAI solutions for government.

LIGER™ was developed from beginning-to-end with federal government users and use cases in mind, leveraging LMI’s deep proficiency in its customers’ technology and mission environments. It transforms foundational large language models into customized, government focused GenAI applications at scale in secure environments, providing actionable insights and recommendations for the government’s most complex challenges.

Key features of LIGER™:

  • Enhanced Security: LIGER™ is authorization to operate (ATO)-ready and built with user-access controls, ensuring sensitive information remains secure and confidential.
  • Scalability: LIGER™ uses repeatable and scalable technologies and frameworks that focus on solutions, not technology preferences, making it adaptable to various mission needs.
  • Efficiency: LIGER™ decreases the time required to answer questions by over 80%, from 2-3 days to 2-3 hours, streamlining complex tasks and freeing up personnel for higher-priority work.
  • Integration: LIGER™ interfaces with existing systems, such as Jira, to automatically search for relevant information and draft answers, improving the completeness and quality of final documents.

“LIGER™ is a testament to LMI’s commitment to innovation and has already proven to be a game changer helping our government customers make informed decisions and drive meaningful impact,” said Alex Adamczyk, vice president of advanced analytics and AI. “We’re proud to be at the forefront of this space and to offer this powerful, secure, and customizable GenAI platform to our customers.”

LIGER™ has proven its value eliminating barriers and accelerating impact for multiple government agencies, including the following implementations in the defense, health, civilian, and intelligence sectors:

  • Streamlining complex acquisition tasks, such as market research or contract writing, in a secure cloud environment for a DoD customer.
  • Interfacing with Jira to automatically search for similar previously answered questions and for policy guidance for a federal health agency’s help desk.
  • Building a tool in LIGER™ that allows policy analysts to quickly compare policy guidance across organizations, saving time and ensuring consistent policy.
