The latest word out of HHS is that Sole Solutions Inc (SSI) has been awarded a single-award BPA to provide continued Enhancement and Support services for the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Strategic Work Information Folder Transfer System (SWIFT).
Previous versions of the SWIFT system are understood to consist of a Correspondence Application, an Executive Requests Application, a FOIA Application and Contractor Portal.
