Arch secures second Prime contract with HHS ACF

Arch has secured our second prime contract at the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) within HHS. This time, we’re partnering with the Office on Trafficking in Persons (OTIP) to support their crucial mission to combat human trafficking and enhance services for survivors.  The objective of this contract is to improve data quality and reduce the burden of data collection for OTIP’s anti-trafficking programs. Through the Anti-Trafficking Information Management System (ATIMS), we will be enhancing the Shepherd Case Management System, streamlining reporting, and expanding system access to create a robust and interoperable platform. This system will support OTIP’s efforts in building a cohesive national victim service delivery system and integrating anti-trafficking initiatives across HHS. We are pleased to support this critical mission and look forward to making a meaningful impact!
