2025 January 7 – US Army PEO IEW&S MATOC – AIS@P Industry Day
In pursuit of a collaborative and transparent procurement process, ACC-APG and PEO IEW&S are releasing this Draft RFP to industry for review and comment. This proactive approach will enable the incorporation of valuable industry insights and feedback, ultimately leading to a more effective and efficient solicitation.
At this time, only the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is being made available for review. Additional details, including instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, evaluation phases, basis for award, and small business set-aside information, will be provided in a forthcoming amendment to this posting, anticipated to be released within the next two weeks.
ACC-APG and PEO IEW&S plan to proactively release the majority of relevant information for industry review and comment in advance of the scheduled Industry Day on January 7th, 2025, to facilitate informed dialogue and maximize the value of the event.
2025 January 7 – NIH Clinical Research Operations and Management (CROMS) Pre-Proposal Conference
A pre-proposal conference will be held with prospective offerors at on Tuesday, January 07, 2025, from 2:00PM – 3:00PM via Teams.
2025 January 9 – ARPA-H ImagiNg Data EXchange (INDEX) Proposers’ Day
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) posts this Special Notice to alert the potential proposer community to the ImagiNg Data EXchange (INDEX) Program. ARPA-H will host a Proposers’ Day on January 9, 2025 and the event will allow for both in-person and virtual participation. The event is intended to facilitate teaming, foster a greater understanding of the INDEX Program, and provide information related to the INDEX Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO).
2025 January 10 – Air Force Modeling and Simulation Support Services (AFMS3) 3.0
The contractor shall support government organizations, personnel, and mission partners in all functions associated with delivering specialized operational and technical assistance to develop, maintain, sustain, and enhance M&S capabilities. This includes providing expertise in M&S architecture, ensuring interoperability, maintaining cybersecurity, courseware development, and enhancing training systems and simulations to improve operational readiness and effectiveness.
The Government intends to hold a virtual pre proposal conference for interested parties only via Microsoft TEAMS. Please email the POC’s on this RFP for access to the pre proposal TEAMS link.

Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) Increment II is hosting a virtual Industry Day to discuss the Managing Army’s Human Capital – Innovation, Integration and Implementation (MAHC-III) procurement.
2025 January 22 – ACC APG Local Divisions Advanced Planning Brief to Industry (APBI)
The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Source Selection Support Center of Excellence (S3CoE) will host a virtual Advance Planning Brief to Industry (APBI) from APG local divisions. The purpose of the APBI is to afford our industry partners an opportunity to be presented with forthcoming contracting opportunities from our APG, MD local divisions and requirements owners.
2025 January 24 – ARPA-H PROactive Solutions for Prolonging Resilience (PROSPR) Proposers’ Day
The PROactive Solutions for Prolonging Resilience (PROSPR) program aims to identify biochemical and physiological markers and develop assessment tools that will allow researchers to better understand and target the underlying causes of age-related disease. To achieve this goal, PROSPR will pioneer in-home data collection and clinical trial protocols that can assess age-associated health outcomes in just three years instead of decades of study, accelerating the availability of new therapies. If successful, PROSPR will build a new therapeutic industry with interventions focused on maintaining health during aging.

2025 February 27 – CDC Small Business Engagement Summit: Ignite and Inspire
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Acquisition Services (OAS), in partnership with CDC’s Centers/Institutes/Offices (CIOs), presents the “CDC Small Business Engagement Summit: Ignite and Inspire” on Thursday, February 27, 2025. This dynamic in-person event aims to bring together the small business community for a day of inspiration and collaboration.
CIOs will share their goals and large upcoming requirements for fiscal years 2025 and 2026. Additionally, industry will have the opportunity to engage in match-making sessions with CIOs and CDC contracting officers to present their capabilities.
This one-day event is designed to foster collaboration while inspiring innovative solutions to enhance public health initiatives.
2025 March 5 – CWMD Alliance Industry Day
The CWMD Alliance, a collaboration between DoD Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), DoD Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), DHS Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD) and DHS Science and Technology (S&T), are teaming up to host an in-person Industry Day on 05 March 2025 at the United States Patent & Trademark Office.

2025 April 23-24 – CMS Health Equity Conference
The theme for this year’s conference is Building a Healthier America. CMS looks forward to convening health equity leaders from federal and local agencies, health provider organizations, academia, community-based organizations, and others to discuss strategies and best practices for building healthier communities and a healthier nation – together. 2025 April 28-May 2 – 2025 Military Health System (MHS) Conference
The Military Health System (MHS) Conference is a four-day annual conference, sponsored by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs. 2025 May 3 – The Children’s Inn at NIH – An Evening for Hope
Each year, more than 1,500 families travel from 50 states and 106 countries to stay at The Inn free of charge while undergoing treatment at the NIH Clinical Center and helping to advance medical discoveries. An Evening for Hope Gala supports the mission of The Inn to reduce the burden of illness on families, make childhood possible, and help advance NIH clinical research.
This year’s Gala will include a cocktail reception, silent auction, gourmet dinner, and live auction.
