We are pleased to announce the promotion of three Zen employees – Michael McNealy, Tammy Strickler and Bill Webster, as of the first of January, 2024.

Michael McNealy is promoted to Vice President of Delivery and Operations. Zen Strategics recruited Michael to work as the Program Manager in support of the Department of Education’s Financial Student Aid (FSA) Security Operations Center, and then as our Director of Program Delivery. He has demonstrated solid leadership with his clients and has also helped his team of 45+ people deliver innovation and compliant results over the last two years.

Tammy Strickler is promoted to Vice President of Information Management, covering HUD, IRS, and NSF. Tammy was previously the Director, CUI & Information Management. Tammy has been instrumental in contributing to new contract wins with new agencies in the realm of CUI & Records and she looks forward to continue doing so as well as be the SME for future efforts to capture new work.

Bill Webster is promoted to Vice President Security Engineering and Architecture. Bill was previously the Director of Security and Engineering. Bill’s tactical cyber knowledge and ability to be a trusted advisor is a unique skillset that enables him to create highly complex technical solutions while also applying industry standard business practices. Always eager to teach, Bill’s enthusiastic multitasking style encourages the professional growth of his peers while fostering an environment that enables success. Bill has also been instrumental in supporting key capture efforts (resulting in big wins) and continues to support the Zen BD/Capture team with solutions while delivering his daily duties on billable contracts.
