Improve efficiency and web content management<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Standardize Web templates to create consistency and branded web presence.<\/li>\n<li>Institutionalize a Web governing structure (e.g., Fisheries Web Council, if\/when enough NOAA properties are onboarded a NOAA Drupal Web council).<\/li>\n<li>Work to eliminate redundant pages and duplicative efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Secure hosting platform with an enterprise-wide Web content management system that meets agency requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Stable, high availability (99.9%+ uptime, with the goal of zero public downtime) latest release of Drupal\u00a0 PaaS, CDN and WAF, with option for a dedicated Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) and support for a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection<\/li>\n<li>Support for externally managed Continuous Integration\/Continuous Deployment pipelines via remote git repos<\/li>\n<li>Drag and Drop Deployments for those websites not using CI\/CD<\/li>\n<li>Continuum of Operational Support Offerings from full Drupal patching to just core<\/li>\n<li>Support for traditional coupled Drupal as well as headless architecture<\/li>\n<li>Integrated Site Search<\/li>\n<li>Support for blue-green zero downtime deployments \u2026<\/li>\n<li>Provide integrated content quality measurements to help ensure all content follows plain language and good Web writing practices (e.g., word limits on landing pages).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Goal 2. Enhance User Experience for NOAA customers<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop Responsive Designs and Drupal Implementations that:\n<ul>\n<li>Follow user-centered, responsive design best practices to accommodate the increasing number of customers using mobile devices.<\/li>\n<li>Are visually appealing, accessible, and follow search engine optimization techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Are tested for usability, information architecture, SEO, and search functions to ensure that web products delivered under this contract are verified to allow users to easily find the information they want.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Provide CX analyses and assessments &#8211; top tasks analyses, user experience measurements, usability tests, SEO audits<\/li>\n<li>Continually measure user experience and performance against benchmarks and make modifications as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of 12 months and two (2) 12-month option years.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/feedback.gsa.gov\/jfe\/form\/SV_7VXpbamLlxq4CzQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read more here.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vision Up to date, trusted mobile-friendly websites where visitors can easily find information on the science and management of our nation\u2019s living marine resources and their habitats.
