Ryan brings over 12 years of experience in business development and risk management, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence across various industries. Ryan joins RIVA\u2019s Business Development team to lead RIVA\u2019s growing presence within the critical sectors of the Department of Commerce (DOC) and the Department of Defense (DoD).<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining RIVA, Ryan held leadership roles at various firms including Capgemini, Evans Consulting, and Engility Corporation. His background includes eight years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where he honed his leadership skills within a light armored reconnaissance battalion. Ryan is actively involved in industry associations such as ACT-IAC and is an ACT-IAC Fellow from the Voyagers class of 2022.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to welcome Ryan to RIVA\u2019s leadership team.
