During my tenure, the company has undergone seismic changes. When I joined Aveshka in March 2012, I was employee 20 and Aveshka was a small business. As I depart Aveshka in February 2024, it is a thriving, mid-sized business, and a wholly owned subsidiary of Softtek, a global technology services provider. (Incidentally, my family has undergone some big changes during this time too \u2013 when I joined Aveshka, my youngest child was one, but now he&#8217;s 13 and six feet tall) \u2026<\/p>\n<p>For the next step in my career, I have decided to start my own government contracting firm focused on homeland and national security. I am excited to embark on this adventure.
