The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has assumed post award administration of the OMNIBUS IV Indefinite Delivery\/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting military medical research and development services.<\/p>\n
USAMRAA is issuing this SSN in support of the OMNIBUS IV contract vehicle to identify small businesses (within all small business socioeconomic categories – 8(a) participants, HUBZone, Women-Owned Small Businesses, Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Businesses, and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses). The general purpose of this notice is to identify small businesses (who are not currently Omnibus award holders) vendors who would be interested in submitting a proposal to join the OMNIBUS IV contract vehicle.<\/p>\n

MARKET SEGMENTS:<\/p>\n
The cumulative ceiling of the IDIQ contract is $10 billion. To-date, the accumulated awarded task order value is over $400 million across 40 task orders. Orders have been issued by a growing number of end users including USAMRAA, the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity, the Naval Supply Systems Command, and the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.<\/p>\n
The OMNIBUS IV was awarded under full and open competition in June 2022 with a base ordering period of 20 June 2022 through 19 June 2027, and Option 1 Ordering Period of 20 June 2027 \u2013 19 June 2032.<\/p>\n
