The NRESS III acquisition supports the Science Mission Directorate, Human Exploration and Operations Mission Directorate, Space Technology Mission Directorate, and the Office of STEM Engagement. The principal purpose of this requirement is to provide professional support services and information technology support and related services for the NRESS program that supports the agency\u2019s peer review life cycle.\u00a0 The requirements for this support will assist in meeting the objectives of NASA HQ organizations and other Centers with research, education, and outreach initiatives that provide opportunities for participating in NASA\u2019s research programs to education institutions, businesses, and individuals.<\/p>\n<p>This acquisition is an 8(a) Small Business Set aside.<\/p>\n<p>Contract Management and Administration<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Contractor shall: A. Implement a centralized management structure that ensures the effective and timely performance of all requirements in the SOW. Plan, organize, control and document and report all requirements in the SOW. C. Continually evaluate and implement fiscally responsible, cost effective, innovative, and efficient processes for implementing the requirements outlined in the SOW \u2026<\/li>\n<li>The contractor shall: A. Remain abreast of current and future grant policy changes that may impact system requirements. They will work with Grants Policy and Compliance to ensure NASA and federal-wide grants policies are followed within the grants system. This includes emerging requirements through OMB memos, Executive Orders, and other regulations that may be released throughout the contract period \u2026<\/li>\n<li>The contractor shall: A.
