General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), a business unit of General Dynamics, announced today that it has expanded its commercial partnership with ServiceNow through a new strategic collaboration agreement.<\/p>\n
Under this two-year agreement, GDIT will leverage ServiceNow\u2019s artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to enhance IT operations and drive digital transformation for government agencies. The agreement builds on GDIT\u2019s established status as a ServiceNow Elite Partner and reinforces GDIT\u2019s broader\u00a0technology investment strategy<\/a>\u00a0launched last year, which emphasizes deepening relationships with commercial technology companies.<\/p>\n \u201cAs agencies modernize their complex IT environments, automating workflows and optimizing operations through AI-driven solutions has become critical for mission success,\u201d said Ben Gianni, GDIT senior vice president and chief technology officer. \u201cThis expanded partnership with ServiceNow allows us to deliver advanced AI capabilities that will enable our government clients to manage their operations more efficiently and securely.\u201d<\/p>\n GDIT will integrate ServiceNow\u2019s AI and machine learning IT operations platform into its\u00a0Cove AI Ops<\/a>\u00a0Digital Accelerator, enabling agencies to automate routine tasks, more proactively address issues and gain real-time insights to improve system performance and reduce operational costs.
