The objective of this requirement is to establish a contract vehicle that will allow, tools, labor, subscriptions, licenses, and materials, as well as new technologies necessary for the Government to complete all forms of program evaluation.\u00a0 The services could include surveys either as a self-service or with Contractor assistance, that capture the experience of a given audience.\u00a0 Analytics with appropriate quality elements.\u00a0 Consulting to provide guidance for improvement in the mission of an Agency, Department, Office, or Program.\u00a0 Determining satisfaction with Government programs, websites, and\/or processes. Stakeholder experience is rooted in purpose, data and technology. FCG is looking for Contractor(s) that can assist with any stages of the journey to unlock insights to establish groundbreaking support to Federal agencies.<\/p>\n
The scope of this requirement includes a variety of labor, measurements, and tools that can improve the experience of our shareholders (public and Government). The Contractor must be capable of supplying its services to numerous various requirements. The technology solutions must have Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) certification and must be a responsive design if the recommended solution includes accessing the cloud.<\/p>\n
The Contractor must include inherent support for the adoption of new technologies, development of better survey services, and strengthening of governance in order to provide the Government with reduced cost and consistent services \u2026<\/p>\n
The period of performance for this BPA must be for a base year plus four (4) option year periods.<\/p>\n
