Scope. The Contractor shall provide project management, CenTak battery management, CenTrak maintenance support, Infor LBI maintenance support, and RTLS server support. The Contractor shall provide RTLS software updates, upgrades, and administration along with software license installation, corrective maintenance and helpdesk support. The Contractor shall also provide offline tag mitigation and a CenTrak system health assessment to include an onsite assessment of CenTrak infrastructure coverage. The Office of Information & Technology replaced the Wi-Fi system through a national NextGen Wi-Fi project using Juniper/Mist technology. The new Wi-Fi system affected the connectivity to the RTLS system. The connectivity needs to be re-established to restore functionality to all stations except Houston. Houston was the Beta site for the integration therefore it will not need re-establishment connectivity for the base period, however the Houston location will need sustainment services for the option years.
The period of performance (PoP) shall be 12 months from the date of award with four 12-month option periods.
