The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify qualified contractors that can provide strategic communications and PACT Act support to ensure the organizational strategy is clearly communicated and understood by both internal and external teams who execute the work to achieve outcomes.
In addition, VES stakeholders across VA and in external governing bodies such as Congress require an understanding of the strategy, the impact and benefit of resulting IT priorities and investments across the VES Portfolio, and progress to outcomes addressing the key unmet needs of Veterans through IT innovation.
VES is seeking a contractor to assist its leadership team in the strategy design and implementation of an agreed upon direction to produce well designed artifacts that help us communicate across the organization. The contractor will need to be able to quickly absorb the nuance of section 701b and collaborate VES to craft effective messaging to support our PACT Act work.
