Investments all around with two notable acquisitions announced yesterday:

  • On the heels of an acquisition of Digital Transformation leader CollabraLink (now Groundswell), investment firm Washington Harbour has acquired Cyber Solutions company SIXGEN. More here.
  • DOD-focused C3 Integrated Solutions, a compliance-focused managed services provider, and Ingalls Information Security, a cybersecurity risk management company, announced a merger. More here.

AND Two Leading IT and Consulting Firms plan to invest in key Growth-minded talent as we head into 2024:

DOJ RFI: Intranet Modernization JusticeHub
DOJ will design and implement a modern, purposeful, and mobile-ready SaaS intranet platform named “Justice Hub” that delivers a personalized user experience for staff to access information easily.

8(a) small business wins HUD CPD Internet/Intranet and SharePoint Services contract
This 8(a), Small SDB with experience in guiding application development and process improvement across groups and entire enterprises, was awarded a 4-year contract with the HUD Community Planning and Development Office.

Contract Award: CMS Medicare Learning Network Product Development and QA program
This 8(a) woman-owned provider of an array of programmatic support services, including training and education, program management, data analytics, and stakeholder engagement, beat out three other bidders to win a 5-year CMS support task.
