IT Touch Labor Services
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Information Technology (IT) infrastructure consists of more than 60,000 workstations, personal data assistants, multi-function printers, switches and servers throughout its Non-classified Internet Protocol Network (CGONE/NIPRNET). The USCG relies on touch labor support at the local field level for tactical and strategic mission completion.
SCOPE
The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. This Performance Work Statement (PWS) describes the performance objectives for USCG Command, Control, Communication, Computer, Cyber and Intelligence (C5I) Technical Services (C5ITS) at the following USCG locations:
• Base National Capital Region (BNCR) C5I – Washington, DC
• Electronic Support Detachment – Elizabeth City, NC
The Contractor shall provide mission-critical IT support services, including system administration, helpdesk functions, network operations, device security and management, technical troubleshooting, and C5I service development in accordance with the USCG Mission Support Business Model. Contractor employees performing IT systems administrator and IT support help desk roles are required to access classified system and the Contractor is required to have unescorted USCG facility access.
OBJECTIVE
The purpose of this PWS is to procure C5I Technical Services (C5ITS) that support USCG tactical and strategic mission completion and are critical to sustaining, maintaining, and enhancing the CG’s IT infrastructure at the field level. The requested services play a vital role in ensuring that the USCG’s workforce remains responsive and resilient and is able to achieve mission success across all levels.
