Objectives: Provide capability to develop and support specific reports and dashboards for monitoring program and project resources and schedules with intent to improve execution necessary products on schedule and within budget.
General Scope: Services for any task order shall include:
- Provide Project Management Monthly Reports on status of task order activities, including Agile KPI metrics for visualizations: burndown(sprint, epic, release), velocity, control chart, and cumulative flow diagram for requirements-based report and dashboard development. • At a determined rate of request, solicit and coordinate business requirements (intent/usage/request) to determine information needs for reports based on existing datasets.
- Respond to determined rate of Data Requests per Month for new or managed data reports/visualizations to support various functional areas.
- Respond to and manage a determined rate of Website Requests per Month
- Respond to “helpdesk” requests related to data analytics, reports, and dashboards.
- The contractor shall accomplish:
- Monthly Project Management Reports on status of task order activities, including Agile KPI metrics burndown(sprint, epic, release), velocity, control, and cumulative flow diagram charts.
- Reports identifying, documenting, and addressing the production of each individual Data Request for new or improved data reports/visualizations to support various functional areas
- Responses to Data Requests using USACE standard platforms for each new or improved data report\visualization to support various functional areas based on business requirements.
- Websites using USACE standard platforms addressing Request per Month (including MS Forms, SharePoint Online, internet website creation related to data analytics) with accompanying business requirements documentation.
