AFDW/PK intends to award a sole source contract to Accenture Federal Services, LLC (AFS) located at 5155 Parkstone Dr., Chantilly, VA 20151 for the use of DataViser Data Aggregation and Analytics tool using the authority Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13—Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1– Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements as AFS is the only company that can provide a tool without the Government experiencing substantial duplication of cost that could not be expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling its requirements. The Government has deemed AFS to be a responsible contractor. The applicable North American Industry Classification System code assigned to this procurement is 541519 – Other Computer Related Services for which the Small Business size standard is $34M. The Federal Supply Code (FSC)/Product Service Code (PSC) is 7J20. The Government anticipates award of a single firm fixed price supply type contract.
