Our acquisition strategy is a three-year Advisory &Assistance Services (A&AS) contract (basic year plus two- one year option periods). This effort is an 8(a) set aside.
Objective(s): This is a non-personal service contract to provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) logistics support to the 638 Supply Chain Management Group (SCMG). Contractor shall provide personnel with the background and expertise to perform the services described within this Performance Work Statement (PWS) including providing hands on technical expertise to accomplish associated workload and provide assistance and guidance on logistics systems and processes related to their assigned area in support the 638 SCMG.
The areas within the 638 SCMG include the following Supply Chain Management Squadrons (SCMS): 407 SCMS (Common Avionics), 408 SCMS (Electronic Warfare), 409 SCMS (F-15, C-130, & C-5 Aircraft), 410 SCMS (Support Equipment), and 411 SCMS (Special Operations). Requirements executed under this PWS may require the contractor to participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and other functions required to satisfy Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) programs and weapon system sustainment requirements. The contractor shall establish and maintain Service Contract Reporting (SCR).
