Trilogy awarded first county contract to provide User Acceptance Testing support

Trilogy is going local! We are thrilled to announce a new contract award with the Suffolk County Department of Audit and Control to provide User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support services for the upgrade of its CGI Advantage system. Our work will include:

✅ Thoroughly evaluating existing case documentation to establish a UAT baseline.

✅ Identifying and addressing gaps in current UAT documentation and processes.

✅ Developing new UAT-specific materials with active user engagement.

✅ Executing comprehensive UAT activities to validate the functionality, data integrity, and performance of the new system.

✅ Providing clear and actionable feedback on defects, enhancements, and overall system readiness for production deployment.

This is our first contract award at the county level, and we’re really looking forward to bringing Trilogy’s deep financial management and audit skills to this new arena. Kudos to Chris Hare, CRMA for paving the way on this important contract win, and a big congrats to Allan Millington who ran capture on this from the beginning through award!
