TCG is excited to announce that we have been awarded a contract from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) for operations, maintenance, and enhancements on a NIFA grants management system. The total value of the contract is $12.3 million over a 40 month period.
TCG will provide OM&E support for the NIFA Reporting System (NRS). The NRS provides data management and reporting for capacity-funded research projects and Extension programs administered by NIFA. The application is critical to the mission objectives of the agency. TCG will bring its DevSecOps, application development, and UI/UX expertise to support NIFA’s business needs.
The National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) provides leadership and funding for programs that advance agriculture-related sciences. They invest in and support initiatives that ensure the long-term viability of agriculture. NIFA applies an integrated approach to ensure that groundbreaking discoveries in agriculture-related sciences and technologies reach the people who can put them into practice.
TCG previously supported NIFA’s predecessor agency, the Cooperative State Research, Education, and Extension Service (CSREES), by integrating its grant systems with grants.gov. We are thrilled to return in support of the NIFA mission.
