It appears that not all bidders were satisfied with the award decision for this recently awarded 5-year contract as a formal protest has been filed with the Court of Federal Claims.
Details are limited as to the grounds for the challenge out forth by CAN Softtech as the case is sealed.
Based on the schedule outlined by the Courts (baring some action taken by the agency or the protestor), any decision on this protest is not expected until Late Summer/Early Fall.
