Jake Stone has been promoted to the position of Managing Director, USCG Programs. Jake has been an integral part of the Synergy team for over four years and has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership skills, strategic vision, and an unparalleled dedication to excellence. In his new role, Jake will be responsible for leading and expanding Synergy’s initiatives in the USCG application development sector, fostering valuable partnerships, and driving innovation to meet the unique needs of the USCG C5ISC and its stakeholders.
Steve Hofinger assumes the role of Managing Director, USDA Programs, in recognition of his outstanding contributions and achievements during his tenure with Synergy. Steve’s in-depth knowledge of federal program management and his ability to deliver results have been instrumental in enhancing Synergy’s relationship with the USDA. As Managing Director, Steve will be focused on creating new opportunities, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening Synergy’s position as a trusted partner in supporting USDA programs.
Additionally, we are delighted to announce the promotion of Marshall DeMeritt to the position of Director, Strategic Delivery. Marshall’s dedication to excellence and his deep understanding of the USCG’s requirements have been invaluable to our team. In his new role, Marshall will work closely with Synergy senior leadership to execute strategic plans, ensure seamless program management, and drive growth within Synergy.
