This is not surprising as the Department of Homeland Security’s U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) dropped a draft RFQ for the high profile Enterprise Platform for Integrated Citizen-Development (EPIC) requirement early this week, pushing up the timeline from what many had anticipated.
