This RFP is a recompete of a 4-year Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Program Evaluation and Performance Measurement Task Order that was put in place to support the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program (SLCGP) and Sector Risk Management Agency (SRMA).

As part of this effort, the winning contractor shall assist the Government with strategy formulation, policy development, performance and project management, and technical support that the Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED) requires to protect the homeland. This includes providing the agency with cybersecurity and stakeholder expertise; supporting the execution of grant program; and providing the administrative, analysis, and communication support to the Grants Operations Program Office. 

This contract was last competed and awarded through the OASIS Small Business Pool 1 contract vehicle. The incumbent is Chevo Consulting and the contract details/spend to date can be found here (70RCSA22FR0000055). 

The latest word out of DHS is that a solicitation is expected to be released in the late June timeframe. It is expected that the agency will use GSA OASIS once again, but limited details have been provided at this time.
