Sky Solutions, the change agent that empowers enterprises to transform through digital-first strategy and technology, today announced that it was awarded a contract by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to support the licensing, training, implementation, and program support of the Digital Workflow offerings for the Agency.
As prime contractor, Sky Solutions will support current and future Digital Workflow Modules and Services and will provide comprehensive support and enablement. Team Sky will leverage a FedRAMP authorized Software as a Service Solution (SaaS) platform to meet the needs of FEMA programs, improve customer engagement, and establish a world-class customer services solution.

This BPA is awarded off Sky Solutions’ General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) with a one-year base period and 4 one-year option periods.
