Jessica Denman, an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in public and private healthcare sectors, with expertise in clinical and business systems, has taken on a new role as Global Client Director – Federal Healthcare (Military Health) with ServiceNow.

Jessica’s experience includes 10+ years of large-scale information technology (IT) acquisition in: development, operation, and sustainment of multi-billion dollar electronic health record (EHR) programs; and strategic planning to ensure development and incorporation of EHR mission-critical requirements.

In her new role, Jessica will work to provide strategic leadership and partnership to clients, serving as the relationship manager between Military Health (e.g., Defense Health Agency [DHA], Uniformed Services University [USUHS]) and ServiceNow. This will include collaborating with ServiceNow teams, to include Dept. of Veterans Affairs (VA), to develop ServiceNow solutions based on customers’ strategic outcomes, while achieving financial targets set out for assigned clients, including licenses, renewals, and professional services.
