Prior to serving as Agile Transformation Lead Margarita was on detail to the Office of Information Technology to serve as the project manager for the implementation of an AWS Cloud Environment at the SEC; was responsible for organization change management activities in support of the move to the AWS Cloud; and was Program Management Lead in the Division of Economic and Risk Analysis, working with the offices of the division to ensure consistency across projects and transparency to management in the division and the agency.
