Brillient announced today that Don Picard joined the team as Director of Business Development and Capture Management. Don brings more than 30 years of experience working in federal contracting; including business development, partner relations, capture and operations management across the federal civilian, intelligence community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), and state, local, and education (SLED) sectors. Don will help drive development and implementation strategies for Brillient’s growth office providing; emerging technologies & digital transformation services, thought leadership, along with developing business and capture strategy for expanding Brillient’s client base.
With a proven history spanning over two decades, Don has demonstrated keen insight in crafting successful strategies for multi-million-dollar contracts, leveraging key technologies, methodologies, and understanding to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Prior to joining Brillient, Don spent his career in various leadership roles with B&A/iDoxSolutions, CACI International, Inc., Calibre/IMC, and EDS. During his tenure with these companies, he had responsibility for developing business strategy and marketing plans that drove revenue growth both organically and through new contracts and acquisitions.
