RTL Networks, Denver, Colorado, is awarded a $33,431,765 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide cyber survivability risk assessments and cyber engineering on major aircraft and weapons systems, as well as research and development of new systems for the Navy.
