Aja brings an impressive track record spanning nearly a decade, showcasing her expertise in business development. Throughout her career, Holloway has exhibited her prowess in conducting market research, analyzing lucrative opportunities, and upholding business pipelines across an array of federal and local government agencies, including the Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, Department of Education, the National Science Foundation, and the State Department. She navigates the 8(a) cycle, confidently steering projects from inception to graduation, and is proficient in leveraging a multitude of federal and local government contract vehicles, including but not limited to the GSA MAS schedule, CIO-SP3, Seaport NXG, and GSA Ebuy.
Holloway proudly holds a Foundation-Level Certification from The Association of Proposal Management Professionals. Moreover, she’s an alumnus of the Capturing Federal Business training program, orchestrated by the renowned Shipley Associates. She is a beacon of community engagement and philanthropy outside the professional realm. Since 2014, she has devoted her efforts as a Fundraising Team Lead and Event Coordination Committee Member for the Lupus Research Alliance. Additionally, she has been at the helm of ‘Crewsgiving’ since 2016 – an annual initiative to prepare food and gather hygiene supplies for distribution to people experiencing homelessness in Baltimore, MD, and Washington, DC, during the Thanksgiving season.
