RP Professional Services (RP) is pleased to announce the award of a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) valued at over $400 million. Under this BPA, RP will be responsible for providing the Small Business Administration (SBA) with a wide array of financial, program management, and certification and administrative services (FPM-CAS).

The SBA was founded in 1953 as an independent federal Agency to “aid, counsel, assist and protect, insofar as is possible, the interests of small business concerns.” RP, which is an 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is proud to support the SBA in filling its mission of processing loans, certifying business compliance, and managing its programs. Our team currently supports SBA’s headquarters in Washington, D.C., and multiple loan and servicing centers throughout the United States.

This BPA award enables RP to continue supporting the Agency: RP has previously provided risk management, administrative services, program management, audit and compliance support, data analysis, process improvements, IT services, loan systems support, financial analysis, and other key functions to SBA on various contracts and programs. Over the past several years, RP employees have also contributed to specialized, mission-critical operations directly related to the COVID-19 pandemic. These initiatives have included the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF), Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL), and Shuttered Venue Operators Grants (SVOG).

“I’m excited to be able to continue to support the Small Business Administration. As a founder of a small business myself, I directly understand the impact the SBA has on this community and am proud of the work our team does to help small businesses across the country,” said RP’s CEO, Rish Patel.
