RIVA Solutions Wins Two Task Orders with HHS PSC to Enhance Financial Reporting and Grants Management

We are thrilled to announce that RIVA has been awarded two task orders under the $76M Financial Management Portfolio (FMP) BPA with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Program Support Center 🎉

These projects will play a key role in transforming financial reporting and grants management systems within HHS, advancing transparency, efficiency, and compliance with federal regulations.

✨ Highlights of our work include:

Developing centralized financial reporting capabilities for the ACF Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) program, streamlining grantee submissions through the Payment Management System (PMS).

Creating web services for real-time data synchronization across HHS’s Grants Management, Financial, and Payment Systems, aligning with the GREAT Act standards.

This work not only improves data integrity and reporting accuracy but also reduces redundancies and minimizes manual intervention—allowing HHS to focus more on the programs that serve communities nationwide.
