Recent DHS and CMS Modernization leader takes new role with IRS Transformation and Strategy Office

Armed with perspective gained supporting the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for more than a decade and recent experience with the Department of Homeland Security leading the Financial System Modernization Program, this leader takes on a new role with the Internal Revenue Service.
