Gov sides with Protestor of $544M US Army GTACS II Global Field Service Representative (GFSR) II support services task

After a string of protests and back and forth related to this US Army Global Tactical Advanced Communication Systems (GTACS) II multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) task, the government announced earlier today that they have sustained the protest put forth by Trace Systems related to the awarded task order to Comtech. Does this mean a new award decision will be made? Not necessarily, but some additional review and action will be needed by the US Army if they want to get past this hurdle.
