A formal protest has now been filed with the courts in relation to this recently awarded task order seeking information technology operations and maintenance in enterprise architecture, engineering, and professional services support for the 75th Air Base Wing Communications and Information Directorate at Hill Air Force Base, and 16 other continental United States locations.
On September 28, 2023, the Air Force issued Solicitation No. FA8201-23-R-0012 and on December 20, 2023, the Air Force awarded Task Order No. FA8201-24-F0031 to Command Cyber Solutions (CCS).
In early March OM Group Inc filed a formal protest with the Court of Federal Claims. Details as to the ground for the protest have not been released at this time.
