PenBay’s protest on VA BAM PMO was officially withdrawn earlier this morning.
Said Robert (Bob) Santmyer, President & CEO at PenBay Technology Group, “PenBay Technology Group recognizes the importance of the VA to move onto the next chapter of the BAM PMO contract. Our protest was truly to bring awareness to the concerns our team had about the ability of the VA to retain critical contract personnel supporting the BAM PMO mission. Those concerns have been addressed, so we have withdrawn our protest.”
This was the only known protest, so this move will allow the VA and named awardee MicroHealth and team to move forward with this important task to provide information technology (IT) PMO and technical support for this portfolio which delivers Benefits systems that must ensure reliable, secure, and seamless delivery of benefits and services directly to Veterans and their families.
