CMS to revisit Practice Improvement and Measures Management Support (PIMMS) Re-Compete award decision

Update August 23, 2024

OS has been informed by two subscribers that as a result of the protest, the agency has agreed to take proactive steps to remedy issues raised by GDIT. The agency will take a second look at its award decision (award details here) while evaluating price realism and past performance. Does this mean the agency will make a different award decision this time? The answer is not necessarily, but it does provide a glimmer of hope for the other two bidders.

Any issues raised by GDIT will come with a level of credibility and perspective as they bring experience in direct support of the Practice Improvement and Measures Management Support (PIMMS) program.

More will be shared as it is made available.
