The lone known active protest filed concerning this recently awarded Combined DNA Index System (CODIS) support task order with the Federal Bureau of Investigation has now been dismissed. See Details below. And, per our March 5 update, the initial funding has not been reallocated, which further indicates the agency is taking corrective action,

Some recent moves out of DOJ indicate that the agency may be rethinking its award decision on this 5-year Combined DNA Index System (CODIS) support task order on GSA Alliant 2 with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Nearly all of the initial obligated funding has now been pulled back. The task order has not been terminated as of yet and we will not speculate about what actions may be next. More will be shared here when made available.
