Stop work order lifted on $93M DHS TSA Computer Network Defense Services Requirement

Update: One day after we learned that a protest had been withdrawn, a “cancellation of 2nd Stop Work Order,” which had been holding up movement on the first task order awarded on this single-award BPA was issued by DHS. This would seem to indicate that more than 7 months after this was awarded, and after a series of protests, Deloitte can move forward.
