JJR Solutions to Provide Organizational Optimization for Air Force WIS Division

Dayton, Ohio—JJR Solutions has won a new Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract to bring organizational optimization to the Air Force Special Operations Forces and Personnel Recovery Division (WIS).

JJR’s team will help WIS adopt standardized processes, meaningful metrics, and communication best practices across its teams.

Liz Howard, JJR’s Program Manager for WIS, explained, “We’ve used our Phase III SBIR Magnify^© tool and digital workforce capabilities to help optimize other Air Force organizations and look forward to doing the same with WIS.”

“It’s really gratifying to be able to assist our clients with making their jobs simpler and more efficient,” she continued. “Whenever we can refine processes, enhance decision-making, and improve collaboration to change ‘business as usual,’ it’s an exciting proposition.”

The contract base period began September 24 and runs through March 23, 2022, with four option years available.

Work will be performed in Dayton leveraging JJR’s current team of organizational optimization experts.
