Dayton, Ohio—JJR Solutions and its teammate Matrix Design Group have won a new Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract to bring process improvement to the Air Force’s Engineering Flight (CEN) at Mountain Home Air Force Base.

The new CEN Data Analytics contract aims to streamline and reduce cost for Mountain Home’s facilities and infrastructure program by improving their planning, programming, prioritization, and execution. The JJR/Matrix team will:

  • Analyze available data surrounding construction contracts and identify areas of improvement

  • Conduct a Rapid Improvement Event (RIE) to assess existing workflows and processes

  • Develop an implementation roadmap to help CEN reach a more efficient state

“While the period of performance is just four months (23 September 2021 to 31 January 2022), it gives us a chance to earn the client’s trust and confidence and bring them real solutions,” shared JJR Senior Portfolio Director Jill Delaney-Shal, who will manage the program.

“We’re excited to build on the partnership we began with Matrix while working on another Air Force contract related to infrastructure planning and improvement,” she added. “We look forward to continuing our joint efforts to ensure our Air Force clients get the rapid results they need to ensure their mission success.”
