PFS in Partnership with C2 Technologies Awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement to Provide eLearning Support for VHA

WASHINGTON, DC – Prometheus Federal Services (PFS) was awarded a position on a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the Veterans Health Administration’s (VHA) Employee Education System (EES) to produce eLearning modules. EES provides dynamic learning to develop a high-performance workforce and make sure over 9 million Veterans receive safe, high-quality health care from committed, expert employees, from clinicians to administrative staff. EES training is also available to community health care providers to share a common knowledge of best practices related to Veteran care. Many of EES’ courses offer continuing education credits.

PFS is joining forces with C2 Technologies, an industry leader in developing and delivering award-winning training, immersive online learning (Gamification, AR/VR/XR/Metaverse), digital transformation and strategic human solutions for the Government and private sectors. The team will supplement and support EES’ eLearning development production capacity. They will produce media/web-based training content conformant with the Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) 1.2 or SCORM 2004 4th Edition specifications and compliant with Section 508 standards. The modules will be accessed on the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Talent Management System for its 340K+ employees and on VHA TRAIN for community providers. TRAIN is a free service of the Public Health Foundation.

“EES maintains a comprehensive catalog of public health learning products for VA employees and community providers, said PFS Senior Vice President, David Seelke. “This BPA with EES allows the team to produce courses on a broad range of health care subjects such as Mental Health, Cancer, Cardiac Care, War Related Illness/Post Deployment Health, Suicide Prevention, Women’s Health, and Opioid Addiction, and Pain Management.”
